The 15th PAQS Congress and Board meeting was successfully held in Sri Lanka from 22 to 27 July 2011. The venue was at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo, Sri Lanka and the hosts are the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri  Lanka (IQSSL) with the congress theme, Cost Management in a World Emerging from Adversity.
